Terms of Service

By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
If you do not agree, please do not proceed.

General

• I reserve the right to cancel or refuse commissions if I believe I may not meet your expectations or if I have any uncertainties or difficulties regarding your character design.
• It is essential that you provide comprehensive and clear references for the character's design, as I will not create the character from the scratch.
• Any copying, altering, theft or AI training of my artwork is not allowed.
• I will always contact my clients via Twitter/Vgen dms, if you require a different platform to communicate please let me know!

Commission Process

• I will be giving you regular updates of your commission to make sure you are happy and I am meeting your needs and expectations with your commission!
• During the sketch phase you may request changes and alterations free of charge, after colouring and rendering has started major changes to the illustration/composition will incur a fee.
• YCH/Skeb type commissions are exempt from the Commission Process and Revisions TOS mentioned.
• If you request, the commission can be made private during the "Work-In-Progress" phase and not be shared on any social media or streamed work during such time free of cost. You can also request the commission to be fully private, meaning absolutely no streamed work, or posting on my end until the commission has been shared publicly by you! You will be required to pay an NDA fee (+100% of the total price) prior to the start of the commission.

Payment

• Payment is upfront before I start working on your commission.
• Payment plans are available if the total exceeds $100 USD and MUST be discussed during the initial request.
• Payments are all made through Paypal/VGen’s built in payment systems (unless discussed differently prior to payment).
• All prices are listed in USD.

Copyright and Usage Rights

• Copyright Ownership: I retain full copyright of all artworks, including commissioned pieces.
• Clients are granted a non-transferable license to use the artwork for personal purposes, such as display or sharing on social media, provided proper credit is given.
• Commercial licenses to the artwork will always be 75% of original price (unless already included in the price) and 150% for merchandise licenses.
• Reselling art, adoptables, designs or anything I've created must be discussed with me prior to selling!
• Do not erase the watermark in the artworks! I ask that when you post on socials (eg. twitter) you use the watermarked versions!

Revisions

• After delivery, I'll keep the project open for final adjustments for one week.
• Each commission includes up to 3 minor revisions after the sketch phase (e.g. color adjustments, small changes).
• Changes that alter the initial concept or require substantial rework may incur additional charges, which will be communicated beforehand.
• Revisions wont be charged if I’m the one who made a mistake.

Cancellation and Refunds

• Refunds are available only if your commission has not yet been started. Once work has commenced, no refunds will be issued.
• Completed artworks are non-refundable, but I am committed to resolving any dissatisfaction through revisions or other means.
• If I cannot complete the commission or choose to stop working with you, a refund will be given.

Deadlines and Delivery

• Final digital files will be sent via VGen submission or Google Drive link depending on order site, size, etc.
• Estimated time of delivery is between 1 - 12 weeks after payment and depending on queue, I may take longer if I’m busy/you are at the end of the queue.
• Rush fee is completely optional if you have a certain deadline! You will be charged a minimum 30% of the total commission cost! (fee to increase dependent on timeline and quantity of work) Message for details/rough estimates if you are unsure.

Changes to Terms

• I reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes via message or through my website. Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
